Shawn Brockman – CEO A God-fearing, American gun enthusiast, I’ve built Iron Banner Collective™ around purpose, faith, and integrity. Inspired by Exodus 17:15, the brand reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, intentional design, and serving a community of individuals who carry with purpose. At the heart of what I do is a dedication to protecting my family — spiritually and physically — and creating products that uphold the values I live by. Every piece, from apparel to EDC gear, embodies that standard, turning work into a mission and a way of living with conviction.
