1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with Iron Banner Collective™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order and produced specifically after your purchase is confirmed.

We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in color, sizing, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the production process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include:

• Shop Pay
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within standard production and carrier timeframes.

Orders under $125 USD ship at a flat rate of $7.95.
Orders $125 USD and above qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping time estimates are not guarantees. Iron Banner Collective™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery.

(That last sentence protects you.)

5. Replacement Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement by:

• Contacting shawn@ironbannercollective.com within 15 days of delivery
• Providing your order number
• Submitting clear photos of the issue

All claims are reviewed prior to approval. Iron Banner Collective™ reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet these conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, product designs, images, and written content, is the property of Iron Banner Collective™ and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with site functionality
