Iron Banner Collective™ – Shipping Policy
Processing & Production
All apparel (tees, hoodies, and related items) is made to order.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates (United States Only)
Orders under $125 USD ship at a flat rate of $7.95.
Orders $125 USD and above qualify for free standard shipping.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard U.S. delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Damaged or Defective Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement by:
• Emailing shawn@ironbannercollective.com within 15 days of delivery
• Providing your order number
• Submitting clear photos of the issue
All claims are reviewed prior to approval. Iron Banner Collective™ reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.

Iron Banner Collective™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
