Return & Refund Policy

All products at Iron Banner Collective™ are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us at shawn@ironbannercollective.com within 15 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide clear photos of the issue

Each claim is reviewed before a replacement is approved. Iron Banner Collective™ reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.
